Hotel reservations should be made using this link  EGA - Mid-Atlantic Region Seminar 2027 (the most efficient way) or by calling the Central Reservations Office at 1-888-236-2427 and referencing the seminar room block: EGA - Mid-Atlantic Region Seminar - June 2027.

You can make your room reservation beginning today and continuing through May 11, 2027, which is the cutoff for booking at the seminar rates.  The seminar rates are available for June 15, 2027 through June 20, 2027 (these rates do not include taxes and fees).

Scooter Rentals
